Resumo: pensando em Instagram, criar uma ferramenta parecida ao que já tem no mercado chamado Gerenciagram. O quanto mais parecido com o Gerenciagram, mais feliz eu vou ficar! Objetivo é ter um programa 100% igual que o Gerenciagram

Ter um programa para:
1) seguir e parar de seguir pessoas de um assunto ou de uma hashtag específica do Instagram
2) mandar mensagem padrão pra quem te segue
3) mandar mensagem broadcast pra todos que estão te seguindo
4) qualquer outra funcionalidade do Gerenciagram
