Gerar legenda com azure speech php

Tenho um projeto localmente com php, onde eu conecto a API da azure, já gero o token de acesso, e depois converto um audio em texto.

Essa parte já esta feita, mas preciso gerar legendas, ou seja, não estou conseguindo fazer com que o Json retornado, venha dividido com os detalhes da legenda, e lendo a api da Azure, é possível fazer isso:

Portanto, preciso de alguém para terminar o código, alterar parametros, oque seja para eu finalizar o projeto. Como é apenas localmente, não há nenhum maior requisito...
