Quero um Gerador de link para WhatsApp

Quero que tenha os seguintes campos:

telefone:
link boleto:

após preencher estes campos, vai gerar um link direto para o whatsapp para o telefone informado, com o nome da pessoa dentro da mensagem pré estabelecida e o link informado também.
