I need a front end designer who can work independently to realize the screens, dialog boxes, panels and individual elements of complexed web portal.  The frontend development will be done in React with hooks, javascript, css with sass, and bulma.  Knowledge of git is preferred.

The developer for this project must have significant experience and proficient knowledge in these programming languages. The backend development is being developed in node.js and the communication between the front and backend will be performed using Rest API.  The frontend developer will not be required to have experience with node.js, but previous experience working with a node.js backend is a plus.



Spanish language preferred.
