Position: Freelance SDR

Responsibilities:

Establish initial contact with potential customers.
Increase the number of potential customers through effective prospecting strategies.
Organize meetings between prospects and our sales team.
Listen, understand, and qualify the needs of potential customers.
Update the prospect and customer database in our CRM.
Utilize CRM tools to keep our customer database current.
Actively participate in team meetings, proposing ideas and innovative solutions.
Collaborate in an international market, adapting to different cultures and business styles.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, customer prospecting, or similar roles.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Skill in establishing effective relationships with potential customers.
Strong goal and results orientation.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Experience with CRM tools and customer databases.
Advanced level of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
