Key Responsibilities Social Media Campaigns: Propose and execute advertising campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, targeting potential clients interested in coliving spaces. Create engaging and high-conversion content to attract leads. Lead Generation from Universities: Identify and contact universities in Latin America and the United States to introduce our coliving services for students and groups traveling to Madrid. Develop relationships with international relations departments and study-abroad programs to establish ongoing partnerships. Direct Outreach: Use social media, email, and networking strategies to connect directly with students, agencies, and other potential clients. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, including campaigns run, engagement metrics, and conversion rates. Monitor the effectiveness of strategies and adjust plans to optimize results. Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, especially targeting students or similar audiences. Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Ads. Excellent communication skills for outreach to universities and potential partners. Ability to work independently and propose creative strategies for customer acquisition. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Compensation This is a performance-based role with payment tied to results: You will earn a commission for each group of students or individual booking successfully secured.
