Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and networking. - Conduct cold outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services and generate interest. - Schedule sales appointments or meetings for the sales team. - Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and progress. Qualifications: - Education and Experience: o Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer service is required, preferably in the translation or language services industry. O Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Languages: English (native or bilingual) & Spanish (German and/or French will be a plus) - Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and communicate with prospects through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to build rapport, overcome objections, and convert prospects into qualified leads. - Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated to meet targets and goals. Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving revenue and contributing to the overall sales team success. - Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
