Freelance Marketing Assistant

Confidently Creative is a vibrant community for entrepreneurs and creative professionals. We organize live events, masterminds and workshops to help people tap into their potential and creativity.

We are looking for a proactive Freelance Assistant Marketer to enhance our team. Ideal for an experienced creative mind, this role involves crafting visual content with Canva, editing videos for social media shorts, and actively promoting events and courses.

Initially, we would agree to a 3-month contract, but the idea is that you end up collaborating on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging visual content using Canva.
- Edit and produce video content for Instagram reels and YouTube shorts.
- Assist in the marketing and promotional activities for events and courses.
- Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns.
- Support online events, ensuring smooth execution and engagement.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with social media and digital content creation.
- A strong interest in creative marketing and content innovation.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week with availability during Central American business hours.
-Accountability in project management and task completion.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
