World Coffee Portal is an online platform, a new comprehensive and interactive hub of coffee market information, with exhaustive profiles of all operators and suppliers currently trading across the globe. The candidate will gather up to 25 individual data points for every branded coffee shop chain within the given markets they cover and will be responsible for keeping this information up to date according to World Coffee Portal update cycles. Examples of data points include:
CEO and Key Staff
Coffee Supplier
Equipment Partner
Service Type
Coffee Certifications carried
Methods for update include direct contact with the brand via phone or email, web searches across reliable information platforms, and in-store data gathering where necessary.
Full training will be provided, and the candidate will be expected to enhance the current best practice procedures for data gathering as they gain experience. The role is full time, and is remote working based. You will have weekly progress meetings with UK head of research operations.
