Necesito crear un mini programa en excel usando userforms para ingresar información (se tendrian alrederor de 3 formularios uno dependiente de otro) y que activen o desactiven campos en funcion a un checkbox. No es necesario que grabe data ni que compile informacion es solo para fines demostrativos por lo que el codigo no debe ser muy elaborado.  Puede ser algo parecido a lo adjunto.
