Food, parcel, grocery, pabili delivery similar services to grab and lalamove, lalafood

Basically I am starting from scratch.
1.What I need to develop is an app that can be downloaded free in Apple Store and Google Play.
2. The idea is similar to grab and lalamove/food where customer can access the apps/website to order food, product or parcel delivery, grocery delivery, pabili of any item.
3. The program can be updated frequently by our team to add new products within the services.
4. Once the apps has been downloaded, the customer need to register their personal details such names, phone number, upload valid government ID as proof of identification, address, etc.
5. Also, there is a corresponding apps or system for our nearest driver to accept order.
6. The driver must have GPS (or road guide) system to track the rider.
7. The customer should be able to track the status of the delivery.
8. Once the customer order, there should be a breakdown of order with prices and delivery charge, distance of travel and estimated time of deliver (can be approx based on the standard norms for example the distance is 2km and rider can run 30km/hr that is 4 mins plus time to process order etc).
