Descripción:
Portar una aplicación hecha en Flex a HTML5 (100% WEB no requiere backend).
Requerimientos:
1) mismo look and feel actual.
2) mismas funcionalidades actuales.

3) mismo comportamiento.
4) permitir kmz/kml/geojson con drag and drop, pueda subir mas de una figura, esto por que los proyectos son multifigura. Se entiende por figura puntos , lineas o poligonos.

5) Exportación Excel los resultados.
6) Desarrollo en Reactjs.
7) uso api javascript esri (https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/).

8) Integración CAS (similar a OAUTH2) para intranet.
Otros:
- Se debe firmar NDA antes de empezar.
- Repositorio en GIT.
