Agape International Market Research Mexico, a company with operations in more than 73 countries, is hiring a freelancer for the position of :
professional fieldwork coordinator
requirements :
• bilingual english spanish (fluent in both languages)
• living in guatemala city (gc) or nearby area
• immediate availability for this task, and to attend physically the fgd in the venue on tuesday aug 22, 2023
• experience coordinating fgds (fieldwork group activity for market research purposes)
• proactive, result-driven, reliable, good communicator, professional, dependable.
activities for this assigment :
• to recruit 13 people (smokers, further details will be provided) in gc
• get a venue for fgds
• coordinate all activities to make sure the fgds are successful as per our kpis
• timelines/ general process flow : briefing session via videocall on friday 11 or saturday 12, starting recruitment process immediately after briefing session, presenting venue(facility) options, getting 2 options of translator korean spanish, reporting progress on daily basis to project manager in mexico, attending and leading fgd in gc on tuesday august 22, handling the payment of incentives to participants, getting invoice for all services, as well as all related logistics/administrative activities to guarantee the success of the assignment.
