Preciso criar uma ferramenta que receba um arquivo CSV, filtre alguns dados e reescreva seguindo um layout diferente. O arquivo a ser gerado será em TXT.
Exemplo:
No arquivo csv os dados chegam assim:
"1234";"fulano de tal";"21/03/2023";"21/03/2023";"05:51";"original do sistema";"localizacao"

preciso que a ferramenta deixe os dados dessa forma:

1234;21032023;0551

e exporte um arquivo txt.
