Realizar a integração(View) com a api da matera com a parte de criação de contas, onde o usuário deve preencher um formulário e anexar alguns documentos, no final fazer sua assinatura manual(ip do aparelho que enviou os docs), deve ser responsivo, pois pode ser feito via Desktop(pego ip da maquina) ou via Celular (pega o id do aparelho), somente a parte de criação da conta, o restante é consumido por outra aplicação.
