Fashion Store Community Manager

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team and collaborate on an exciting project to create a fashion store website that highlights the diverse and unique proposals of Latin American designers. Our goal is to establish a platform that not only promotes the personal brands of the store owners but also showcases a curated selection of Latin American designers who embrace ethical fashion, fair pricing, and the use of recyclable materials. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable for effective communication with the designers.

Fashion Community Manager:
As a fashion community manager, your role will be to foster engagement and create a sense of community among our target audience. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing and executing creative marketing strategies, and maintaining regular communication with our customers and followers. Your objective will be to build brand loyalty, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to our website. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the fashion curator to create engaging content that showcases the unique stories and perspectives of our featured designers.

Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion industry.

Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their respective best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with influencer marketing and community building strategies.
