This project is focused on organic lead generation for Poppet, a flexible, DBS-checked childcare platform. Instead of relying on traditional paid ads, we aim to embed ourselves in online parenting communities where families naturally seek childcare advice. By joining relevant Facebook groups, our engagement specialist will identify parents actively looking for childcare, answer their questions, and introduce Poppet in a helpful, non-intrusive way. The goal is to build trust, drive sign-ups, and increase awareness of our service while maintaining an authentic presence in the groups.
