Lo que habría que hacer es extraer datos de una base de datos (TPS), y generar un archivo csv.

Son varios archivos .tps

Puede estar hecho en java, python o lo que sea. No importa eso. Tampoco tiene que tener UI, puedo correr el programa desde una consola.
