The ideal SMM must be versatile, speaks English and Spanish.

- Build and optimize social media profiles/accounts
- Understand the objectives and goals of the client
- Research competitors and audience preferences
- Develop a social media strategy aligned with client's goals
- Plan and Manage social media marketing campaigns. Collaborate with other teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives
- Plan and schedule content
- Create social media content, such as videos, and graphics. Write compelling captions
- Community management: communicate and manage relationships with social media users
- Prepare and implement crisis communication strategies.
- Platform management. Stay informed about updates, changes, and new features on social media platforms.
- Manages time effectively to maintain a consistent posting schedule. Prioritizes tasks to achieve campaign goals within deadlines
- Stay informed about social media trends, keywords, and best practices.
- Optimize content based on platform algorithms and best practices
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data
- Generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
