We are looking for someone to work as a part of our team on stable long-term projects. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Paid Media, tracking, and knowledge of Email Marketing campaigns (such as MailChimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo). Good presence to be in front of clients.

Fluent in English and Spanish and with experience managing clients autonomously and proactively. Long-term collaboration. 100% remote work.



Google & Social Ads Responsibilities:

Set-up and monitor campaigns and their performance, optimizing them to improve roi/roas and results.
Control / (re)allocate campaign budgets based on performance.
Analyze performance and metrics to review the initial strategy and look for improvement actions.
Proactively look for new channels/ways to improve results and gain more visibility in the community.
Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and more for tracking and reporting.
Advanced level (C2) in English and Spanish.


Email Marketing Responsibilities:

Lead client meetings and work on email marketing strategy: data cleaning, template design, segmentation, flow and email automation creation, integrations with other applications.
Good knowledge of performance metrics such as open rates, clicks, and overall campaign improvements.
Ideally knowledgeable in Klaviyo, HubSpot Marketing, or MailChimp.


Requirements:

Advanced English to be able to have meetings with international clients.
Be registered as "autónom@" as this is project-based work.
Availability to collaborate long-term on stable projects.
100% remote work.
