O sistema irá enviar informações via API de "sócios ativos" de uma instituição. No site da instituição, terá uma página onde irá exibir esses sócios, com algumas informações:
Nome, Especialidade, Cidade, Número de contato.

Terá um filtro na página onde as pessoas poderão buscar esses profissionais, filtrando por Nome, Estado, Cidade ou Especialidade.
