Existe un form con un campo para ingresar # de serie y que devuelva la información contenida en una hoja de google sheets

El sitio está desarrollado en wodpress pero la consulta se detona usando CORS, pero nos está dando este error:

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://script.google.com/macros/s/AKfycbx1HCJ1tETUWCcPAlln3Fwvcr_GDzlLILbAsDX8Jj82T_ZynCTcgbErsYAo8uNDsw/exec?serie=106NTLEF2872' from origin 'https://elasser.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
