Se trata de una APP que corra sólamente en un Celular en forma de Servicio. La misma debe conectar con una base de datos mysql donde lee el numero de celular (para enviar el SMS) y el contenido del mensaje. Una vez enviado el SMS tildar un campo de la base, indicando que ya ha sido enviado y continuar después de 20 seg con el siguiente.
