EN: I need to design an electronic circuit that when powered closes an ignition circuit for 200-500ms and then reopens while powered. The power input must allow 12V-10a dc and the output must be opto-coupled as much as possible

es: necesito diseñar un circuito electrónico que cuando se alimente cierre un circuito de encendido durante 200-500ms y luego se vuelva a abrir mientras este alimentado. La entrada alimentación  debe permitir 12V-10A DC y la salida debe estar en lo posible optoacoplada.
