I am looking for a long term VA for ebay business.
I am Looking for a happy person with a big mind, responsible, initiative, creative, ideas for improvement and growth with rapid learning.

Qualifications and Job requirements:
Has experience managing an ebay store.- MUST
has experience using Ink-Frog for listing ebay products. - PREFFERRED
Understands how to make research on ebay and terapeak for new niches.

Assignments and job description:

working from a vps/vpn remote server
handle ebay orders with 4 suppliers. - Sending orders via emails and websites.
Printing ebay shipping labels
communicate with suppliers by email
ebay customer service - best and fast customer service
handling exchanges and returns- using a file, including tracking, product replacements or refunds.
Sending a daily work summary of what you accomplish
ink frog: fixing ebay listings,  adding new images,
ink frog: adding new products  in a daily basis !
Ebay title optimization, keyword research,
handeling file exchange+ upcs when in need. 
Understanding and knowing your competitors and how can we do better then them (products/ images/ prices/ brands). Using Terapeak to explore.

Arranging images with photoshop template
Monitor competitive activities for learning and inspiring.

Looking for someone who
Must speak, write and read the Native English language.
Spanish knowledge - an advantage.
Have high organization skills.
The ability to be Arranged and organized for reporting the daily tasks and the results of operation every day.

The position is 65% time , five days a week - monday- friday (5 hours per day, 25 weekly hours). The salary is $ 250 a month .  After six months - Position hour and salary increase + HIGH Bonuses for great results!
