El trabajo consiste en desarrollar un Portal que permita realizar negocios en Internet. Quisiera que en base a un estudio se recomiende el Hosting, la estructura de la base de datos, la base de datos a emplear en si, la estructura de la solución, el lenguaje de programación, el diseño del Portal para los fines que se han ideado, la forma de administrar el back office, los reportes, sistemas de seguridad y control de usuarios, ingresos y abonos. Se debe contemplar también, el desarrollo para smartphones.
