Mi nombre es Jonathan, trabajo para un instituto de capacitación online (vendemos cursos en linea). La idea es reemplazar el chat de la página por un chatbot. El mismo debería tener algunas opciones iniciales (recibir info, preguntas frecuentes, etc).
La página está en wordpress. Sería ideal que conecte con sendinblue, la plataforma de Email marketing que usamos, para mandar información automática. Cualquier otra funcionalidad es bienvenida.
Me gustaría saber que podríamos realizar y un presupuesto con las especificaciones que realizaría el bot. También saber si se puede implementar en whatsapp y facebook. Por último, que herramienta o código se utilizaría, para saber si se podrá realizar un mantenimiento a futuro.
Preferentemente sin inversiones mensuales. No tengo un tiempo determinado para implementarlo., Ni un presupuesto definido. Lo publicado es tan solo un estimativo.
