Are you highly organized, proactive, and excited about driving a team to success?
Jamabo, a family-owned land flipping business, is looking for a Director of Operations/Executive Assistant to work closely with our founder, supporting day-to-day operations and helping us achieve new heights.
This fully remote position is integral to our small but growing team, combining leadership with hands-on support.
About the Role:
As the Director of Operations/Executive Assistant, you will oversee our daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work directly with the founder on high-impact initiatives, manage team projects, streamline processes, and handle key administrative duties. This role requires someone who is an efficient problem solver, has strong attention to detail, and can work independently while managing multiple tasks. We’re looking for someone who’s both a strategic thinker and a hands-on contributor.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee and improve daily operations and processes, ensuring efficiency across the team.
Executive Support: Manage the founder’s calendar, appointments, and email, acting as a gatekeeper and facilitating effective communication.
Project Coordination: Track progress on multiple projects, assign tasks, and ensure that timelines are met.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in operations, communications, and workflows, and implement changes to drive growth.
Team Support: Act as the go-to person for the team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Vendor & Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for vendors, partners, and clients, maintaining professional relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Financial and budgeting experience is a plus.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
