Job Overview:    
Silverback Aircon is seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Team Leader to oversee our multi-channel marketing efforts and lead a team of digital marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing funnel and be capable of creating and executing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who is able to generate new and creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.    
Key Responsibilities:    
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.    
Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns (seo, ppc, email marketing, social media, content marketing).    
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve KPIs.    
Understand and utilize marketing funnels to drive customer journey optimization.    
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.    
Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and new digital marketing strategies.    
Develop innovative ideas and implement creative strategies for customer acquisition and retention.    
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.    
Requirements:    
Proven experience in managing a digital marketing team.    
Strong understanding of seo, sem, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.    
Proficient in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.    
Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journey optimization.    
Ability to think creatively and implement innovative digital strategies.    
Strong project management and communication skills.    
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
