I need a Custom Menu Walker Class for WordPress (class Custom_Sublevel_Walker extends Walker_Nav_Menu or class Custom_Sublevel_Walker extends Walker) as soon as possible developed in PHP.

The HTML (how the output should be) is defined in endresult.html. This is based upon a menu that is designed like the image (menu-backend.png).
