I'm looking for an automation expert (preferably experienced with n8n) to build a smart assistant for WhatsApp using Z-API, OpenAI, and Google Calendar. The solution will be used by private doctors and small clinics.

The flow should include:
Receive incoming WhatsApp messages via webhook (Z-API)

Use OpenAI (ChatGPT or similar) to reply intelligently to the patient, based on specific information about the doctor (specialty, consultation type, location, etc.)

⚠️ The prompt is not ready, but I’ll provide a Google Doc with all the information the AI should consider in the conversation. You’ll be responsible for building the prompt dynamically using these details.

The assistant should handle the conversation and offer appointment slots

Once confirmed, it should create the appointment in Google Calendar

Send a confirmation message to the doctor on WhatsApp with all the details

Send an automatic reminder to the patient 15 minutes before the consultation

Contexto general del proyecto

I work with independent doctors and small clinics and want to deliver an AI-powered, automated appointment assistant over WhatsApp. The final product should be built on n8n (preferred), but I’m open to suggestions. The ideal freelancer should have experience with: WhatsApp automation (Z-API or WhatsApp Cloud API) Prompt engineering for ChatGPT (ideally dynamic prompts) Google Calendar API n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools Delayed/scheduled messages in WhatsApp Bonus if you’ve worked with AI-powered assistants or healthcare scheduling before.
