Develop the blockchain dex platform

I want to develop the Blockchain Dex Platform to exchange cryptocurrencies.
To develop it, I need some developers who have experiences in both of blockchain and backend development.
The goal is to develop the similar one with bogged finance.
Regarding the tech stack, I am willing to use React or Node or JavaScript/TypeScript or Web3 and Solidity/Rust/Golang.
You have to develop the back-end and smart contract. And I prefer to use Ethereum, Polygon and BSC.
To integrate smart contract into backend, you need some experience in backend.
This is a project for one of my clients. He is an investor of LBMC Technology Solution. Also he has some relationship with IBM. So, I need only experienced engineers.
We want to use this project as a base for our initial project and would like you to contribute to the main project.
Please give me some advice on this initial project.
