I need to develop a Shopify embedded app that allows a store owner to add a table of contents to its shop.

The functionality should be same as its wordpress counterparts such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-table-of-contents/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/table-of-contents-plus/

The app should be built using React, Node and Polaris.

I would like to start working on the project as soon as possible. I'm a developer myself so feel free to ask me any technical questions regarding the implementations or the required specs, I would love to make the job easier for both of us.
