Designer need the production of a coloring book

Designer need the production of a coloring book  for ages 2-6 years old
your job will be to create a coloring book, inside it there must be 80 pictures size 8,5X11 ( 21,59 x 27,94 )
the book should be in PDF format. The work should be of an excellent quality.
Will have to pass all plagiarism and copyright checks at the end of the work I would like a document proving that the book does not contain plagiarism and copyright,
I am looking for a designer who has already produced children's coloring books, my budget is 90/ 100 euros.
I have already prepared a word file that illustrates exactly who are my competitors, images of the book what it should contain, who is my customer tags etc. Etc. .
I'm looking for a designer who I do a job in 7 days but in the first two days I already have 10 pages of the book to evaluate the designer.
