Looking for an IT programmer that will fulfill my needs for the pet website. I need the programmer to provide answers on this;  features needed, What platform they will be using? Looking for an IT programmer who has experience in creating websites with similar features and functionalities to what I require. The programmer needs to provide their portfolio and references to verify their expertise.
