I need full design for a desktop application, a softphone. It must include illustrations and full prose description (upto pixel and colors). Key accelerators must also be filled in.

A logo is also a part of this job (BL is a placeholder, must be replaced).
The application is desktop (Win32); Web or mobile designs are not acceptable.
The specification is attached.


If you want, you may include following perks: make screenshots in Russian in addition to English; provide several variants (but at least one must strictly adhere to the specification). Please include them in your proposal.
