Customers are able to book appointment for cat sitter and groomer service through mobile application and at the same time pay directly in the app. Cashless is more preferable nowadays due to Covid-19. Pet owners who leave their house for vacation often needs to send their pets to pet hotel but it is usually booked especially during festive season.
