I need a developer with extensive knowledge of WordPress and KB and Help Desk plugins. The website development is already in progress but we need somebody with more experience to be able to complete a Client Portal with a private Knowledge Base section, a Help Desk where registered clients can report issues with the application or request modifications. Also, within the Client Portal, a video learning center, where registered clients can search and watch training videos.

We are a software development company based in California, USA. The idea here is to complete the pending functionality in a new website and also set a maintenance plan. The current old website site bissoftware com must be replaced with a new one, currently under development.
