el usuario tenga acceso al respectivo registro, métodos de pagos para comprar los boletos (ticket) o recibir el premio.
Que los registros de los usuarios vayan a una matriz de Excel
solo se aceptan pagos en API como PayPal y tarjeta de créditos.
Los números se generen aleatorios y una vez comprado el boleto se dirige al correo del comprador.
