Necesito identificar el costo de estos hitos:

1- cuando el medico se registra hay que validar su certificado como medico en otro portal manualmente, estoy hay que automatizarlo.
2- cuando el doctor entra por primera vez no ve ningún menú, esto sucede porque no tiene el plan básico pre-asignado.
3- La pasarela de pagos no esta implementada.

4- cuando el doctor pague por el plan Plus debe aparecer el menú con las funciones asociadas al plan.
