O site precisa ter uma parte gerenciavel para incluir/excluir/editar receitas e link do video do youtube.

Vai precisar de banco de dados, pois vou colocar filtros no site para encontrar as receitas cadastradas.

A ideia é exibir no site uma receita escrita, o video dela no youtube e alguma foto do prato pronto.
