Eu uso o plugin Learndash no meu wordpress. Com ele eu cadastro questões para criar simulados para os meus alunos. Entretanto, eu gostaria que os alunos mesmos gerassem os simulados das disciplinas e assuntos que eles querem treinar.

Então, é basicamente criar um filtro que busque, baseado na disciplina escolhida, as questões já cadastradas no banco de dados e mostre para o estudante fazer.
Um grande exemplo dessa funcionalidade é o site qconcursos.com
