Desenvolver interface para whatsapp no meta

Eu utilizo a WhatsApp integrado no Meta, mas utilizo a interface do Messenger. Só que nele eu não consigo configurar um bot, emissão de relatórios, follow up e afins. Então, preciso de um desenvolver que faça essa interface e que eu possa hospedar, seja no próprio Meta ou em algum servidor bom, seguro e de baixo custo.
Lembrando, eu preciso manter meu número, pois já foi validado pelo META.
