For certain services provided by our brand we need a landing page that enables us to capture the needed details for our delivery team to execute the service. This consists of letting the customer fill in personal details, answer a few questions, and provide the possibility to upload a reference file. After filling in the form the information the complete form should preferably be send automatically to an email inbox with all the provided information and files attached.

After form completion the customer should also be able to make a payment for the service via our payment processor's API. The deliverables for this project are: 1. Branded landing page with details about the service, pricing and the form itself as described.

2. Automation to receive form in email inbox. 3. Integration with payment processor.
