- Se espera que el desarrollador que trabaje esta funcionalidad tenga cuenta de OpenAI de paga para hacer el desarrollo y demostrar que funciona.
- La conversión de video a texto debe ser alguna api gratuita, en caso de que no sea gratuita proponer por lo menos 2 apis y los costos para dar el VoBo.
