Necesito desarrollar una aplicacion móvil en Android que permita el seguimiento y entrega de paquetes mediante la utilizacion de los Servicios AWS en concreto Amazon Location Services. El sistema será capaz de emitir alertas via SMS cuando el transportador se encuentre en el perímetro de entrega.
