Realizar una apliacacion web la cual se puedan registrar los usuarios, paguen cierta cantidad de servicios y el sistema este monitoreando su saldo en base a consumo de servicios, asi mismo el sistema estar ejecutando scripts en linux o comandos de linux desde php, lectura de archivos como resultado de algunos comandos y presentacion de informacion de dichos archivos, se manejaran status de conecciones y otras banderas, el sistema debera aceptar pago con tarjeta y paypal
