El administrador, debe  cargar liquidaciones de expensas, pagos de propietarios, liquidar sueldos, generar reportes y estadisticas.  El propietario debe poder ingresar con su usuario y visualizar las informaciòn que suba el administrador.

Se valorará experiencia en proyectos similares que involucren bases de datos. En segunda etapa desarrollo de app para celulares.
