Desarrollo aplicacion web para automatizacion de proceso Licitaciones, la aplicacion debe capturar la informacion desde el portal de compras y luego notificar por correo electronico, se deben poder crear filtros de busqueda basado en el interes del usuario, crear una libreria con documentos y que se puedan colocar la fecha de caducidad al mismo.  Se debe crear un formato de cotizacion que esta pre establecido.
