Desarrollar un web service para que mediante mediante una solicitud de información de un usuario solicitante  el usuario  que la posee la envíe.
La validación se debe hacer mediante token de usuario y se deben registrar en la BD, tanto el numero de  cada petición de usuario, como el numero de transacciones realizadas por cada usuario al servicio.
